Win2k and Gigabyte GA-7DXR mother board

Raanan asked
I istalled on an existing Win2k system the ATA/100 drivers that came with the GA-7DXR mother board.
after restarting I couldn't boot anymore-  I got the "Inaccesible_boot_device" blue screen. no safe-mode
wither, nothing.
later, I found out that on Win2k Ineed to install the driver - along with the Win2k installation. (Win2k
setup disk asks if Iwant a SCSi or RAID driver, to press F6 before installing).
Well, too bad - I already had Win2k up and runing ?
What can I do now in this situation ?
Watch Question

Re-Run the Win2K install with the set-up disks. When you are prompted, Select the repair install option. This should allow you to get to the point where the setup program prompts you to provide your own driver. If not, Just re-install from scratch.

Reinstalling is probably your best bet as suggested by BHewes especially since you just installed and don't have anything customized, software installed, etc.  Or if this is a board with a RAID controller, connect the HD to the standard IDE controller and you should be able to boot up then you'll be able to install the RAID driver.

Reinstalling is just about the only solution, especially since no customizing had been done yet.  BHewes should get the points, unless Raanan returns with more info...

Thank you very much, dogztar, for your guidance.

Asker chose not to respond and I have finalized this today.
