Remove an Account

Hi:

There is an exchange account XYZ. Some people are listed under 'Delivery Options' of this account. These people can send e-mails on behalf of the account XYZ. When any of the people listed under Delivery Options sends an e-mail to the account XYZ, the e-mail goes to a person who is no longer listed under exchange accounts. This person is not a Hidden Recipient either.

Please guide where this recipient could still be sitting and how to remove him.

Thanks.

Is there an ALternate Recipient specified in the Delivery Options?

No.
Was the user once a delegate of this mailbox or is there a rule configured in the mailbox to forward to a now non-existant account.
The delegate is a possibility, but as of now, it doesn't show up under delegates.

Here's what happens.

There is a common mailbox XYZ to which few people have access. One of these people makes an 'Appointment' using the common account XYZ and sends it to the common account XYZ. One of the recipients tries to 'Reply to all with message'. As soon as he does this, the name of the person ABC whose account no longer exists, appears under "Original Appointment.....To".

---Original Appointment---
From: Account XYZ
Sent: Date
To:   Recipient1, Recipient2, Recipient3, RecipientABC with no e-mail account

How to get rid of RecipientABC?

Thanks.
Problem not resolved.
