How can I send email when excced threshold in Performance monitor
How can I send email to internet when the threshold set in the alert view of the performance excced our desire setting, e.g. processor utilization excceed 80%. Thanks.

I take it that you have some kind of monitoring program for such events. Can this program start another program when an alert-event is triggered?
If yes then you could download a console SMTP client. All you need then is an SMTP server somewhere in your net.
I use MAILTO 1.6 and it works fine for sending mail from a script.
