you can get the ntfs permissions into a text file using cacls command and then print the text file

i.e. open the directory you want the permissions for, i.e. myfolder
so at command prompt it shows :-

C:\myfolder> (or similar)

then type cacls *.* > permissions.txt

this will create a permissions.txt file in the folder listing all files in the folder, who has permissions and what level their permission is.

Here is a product that is very worth while.  http://pedestalsoftware.com/ntsec/

They have a utility in called listacl that will do what you want.
