I tried to configure RAS in win 2000 server (domain based). Configuration is going well. But i am unable to connect remotely it is saying you are not having permission to dial-in although i configured RAS using Routing and Remote Access properly and given the user property for dial-in "allow access". The modem connects well. While attempting to login this error message "You are not having permission or server is not configured properly". The samething is working fine if i configure RAS in workgroup. If anybody knows the solution for this. I am using windows 2000 server in both the end and sp2 is applied in both the end. thanks in advance

Any success on this issue. i do have the same problem.
Can u help me out
i solved the prob. by removing RAS configuration. Then reinstall existing protocols and add all the protocols that is showed in win2k server. Then configure RAS. Then remove the additional protocols that you added. Then it will work fine. This is worked out in just a hit and trial method basis.
