I can not find out in outlook.
Any tips?

Place the distribution list in the BCC field.  To see the BCC field, select View | BCC while composing the message.  (Note: If you leave the To line blank and click send, Outlook will put your name/email address in the To line.)

Neo,

Great! But still a problem. When a mail has been received, in the field 'To' comes "Undisclosed-Recipient:", how can I change it to "mailing list XXX".
Commented:
Create a dummy contact record that has Undisclosed Recipients for a name with your email address.  Place that in the To field or just type:

Undisclosed Recipient <your_email_address>

If running Outlook 98/2000 in Internet Mail only mode or you don't connect to a Microsoft Exchange server.  (If you connect to a MS Exchange server, the SMTP address/Undisclosed will be replaced with your Global Address List entry.)
