You will get that in Tool box.<br />

Sorry i have not read the question properly. From the component box press the browse button and select c:\winnt\system32\dbgrid32<wbr />.ocx if u r using winnt. or c:\windows\system if u r using win9x.<br />
<br />
If it is not available try to download it from microsoft site.<br />
