I already resolved this problem. &nbsp;It is a security issue.<br />
All i did is create a new property called ALLUSERS and set it to 1.<br />

I have an Installshield setup.exe progran wrapped into a Self-extracting Exe (IS package for the web).<br />
When I push the package to be run on a client machine, i get an &quot;Internal Error 2103. 26&quot;. The actiontext at that moment is &quot;Generating script operations for action:&quot;.<br />
The package is ran thru a web-based application.<br />
If i run it locally and manually, it will go thru the setup fine.<br />
