Cable internet and sharing

Hi
previously i dialup netwok to connect to internet and i am sharing the internet using proxy (wingate).

Now my ISP is giving connected directly to internet using cable (using LAN Card). and i wnat to share the internet using proxy. if i put one more LAN card and proxy, is it possiable to share ?

my server NT 4.0 with wingate proxy.

plz give advice

Yes you can share...if you have win98se you don't even need proxy.  You can use the internet connection sharing program.  To install goto Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs>Windows Setup Tab>Internet Tools and check the Internet Connection Sharing (you will your win98 CD).  If you need to have proxy you can download free from www.analogx.com.

All you need is two network cards and RJ45 cable.  Let me know if you need any help setting up the network.
