Anyone know of a way I could update a Windows 2000 machine without any net access what-so-ever?

Contact Microsoft for CD copies of the service packs, etc.

Or download everything yourself, burn a CD, and patch the Win2K system.  You can get them from http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000/downloads/

Yeah contack MS by mail or phone and ask them to send you a CD with the updates. They may charge a service fee for this. The last job I had this is what my Boss did because he wanted a herdcopy so to speak of the updates so he could apply them if the system crashed and did not want to rely on an Internet connection to do so.

Here is a link that you can submit a request for the SP2 update on a CD.
