Code compiles but gives runtime errors

I have converted a class from Applet to JApplet and although it compiles, I cannot run it.  I am told that my class in not inited. But it worked fine before?? Any ideas much appreciated.

You need to install the Java Plugin in order to use JApplet.

Open the java console of your browser and copy the exception from there. After that post'it here :)
