Can't access a site on Internet!

Hi, since about two weeks ago, i can't access the brazilian site http://globonews.globo.com (IP 200.208.25.45) from Portugal.  But people on Brazil told me they have no problem to access it.  I can access other sites on the same domain without problems (like http://epoca.globo.com).

I tried to access the site using 3 different ISPs, without success.  I even tried to use several proxies from other countries (for example, www.anonymizer.com), but it also failed.

Can anybody present me a solution that allows me to browse the site again?

It appears this company has a routing issue.  When doing traces, I could trace through the ISP for this site on the epoca.globo.com site.  However, when going to the globonews site, I never even get to the ISP.  This points to some problems with BGP or a filter at the ISP.  I would either contact the company in some way, or their ISP as it is likely they are responsible for the routing of this subnet.  It appears the ISP is at www.embratel.net.br

Hope that is of some help.

Note, that some locations in .br have been abusing internet past week, either spamming or worming, so possibly the routing it due do filtering out the abusers. Typically, ISP is supposed to be asked to filter them out, and if ISP fails to comply then the ISP itself gets filtered out to stop the flow. (Don't think for a minute that the script kiddies are winning). (Note that .br got some infamy for making easy scripts available)
