Network Printer Win 98

I am trying to set up a network printer on win 98 at home. I can see the shared filers on the PC with the printer attached in network neighbourhood.  When I try to add the printer on the work group appears in the tree of nodes not the printer or the PC it is attached to.  What could be wrong? How can I get it working?

ON the machine with the printer, did you share it?
did you enable printer sharing on this machine
network neighborhood, right click choose properties, file and printer sharing, shar printer, then go to start -->settings -->printers
right click, choose sharing
