VB App hanging in Win 2000 but, ending with a MsgBox as a last statement

Hi,

My Visual Basic application is not closing in Windows 2000 after completing its process (it is closing properly in Windows NT). But, if I give any MsgBox statement as the last statement in my App, it is closing properly after that Message Box. Could any one help me why this is happening??
