Also, if your Pers. Address book have the right name and your preferences are set correctly, you can verify in file&gt;preferences&gt;user preferences , in the basic tab there is an option called: Local Data base folder &nbsp;in there you have to specifie the path were your databases are..<br />
usualy depending on your setup it could be C:\notes\data , or C:\lotus\notes\data

Personal Address Book

Lotus Software produced the Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet program, and later developed Lotus Notes, a groupware and email system. Following its acquisition by IBM, the Notes and Domino client/server collaborative platform were expanded to include functions such as email, calendars, to-do lists, contacts management, teamrooms, discussion forums, file sharing, microblogging, instant messaging, blogs, and user directories.
