when i go to the file and click save application as, it can't save my application in my direction. It ask to save in prepared directory for .nat win appl-s

when you create a new project, you have the folder just under the project name. If you missed it, you can still copy the VB created folder's content to your new folder and double-click your .sln file from there to open it.
