I want to use DNS API Windows function but it need "Iphlpapi.h" File ,Where Can I find it?

I want to use DNS API Windows function but it need to include "Iphlpapi.h" File ,This file is not found in my WindowsXP machine ,Where can I find it.
Please help.

Download platform SDK from microsoft web site

I did not found platform SDK in microsoft web site,Can u pls support it to me.

IMHO noone can give you SDK, but Microsoft (it is prohibited by license agreement). What is the problem on web site?
