Do message rules in Outlook Express apply to ALL accounts/identities?  If not, how do I differentiate between accounts?  Thanks.

A rule will apply to all accounts unless you specify it to look only at one account by telling it to (where the TO contains people *or something*). To make this work, you'll have to enter the account addresses into your addressbook.

You should be able to look in the Outlook Express Help - Rules to get more information on setting up the rule(s) that you want.
