Music over the network

Is there any service that i can use to provide computers in my domain to listen to music or important messages.?Something like a radio.

This idea may sound crazy. But if anyone knows how i can achive this task pls do let me know.

Rodney, the following should provide some help with media streaming.

You should note, however, doing so is extremely resource intensive. You may want to have your users check one of the available media players, however you should have the bandwidth necessary for such a demand.

i have used winamps' shoutcast server for the above problem
