CF Guestbook user details

I have written a guestbook using cold fusion which is working fine.  The problem is that users do not enter their email address or other details. Is there any way to get these details automatically using CF?  I can store the IP but that doesn't tell me much about the user.

You really can't get the user's email address.. the most info (I believe) you can get is:

<CFSET VARIABLES.TrackingInfo = "[Browser: #HTTP_USER_AGENT#]" &
                                        "[IP: #CGI.REMOTE_ADDR#]" &
                                        "[Host: #CGI.REMOTE_HOST#]" &
                                        "[User: #CGI.REMOTE_USER#]" &
                                        "[Ident: #CGI.REMOTE_IDENT#]" &
                                        "[Referrer: #CGI.HTTP_REFERER#]">

Now you can use some networking utilities to find the ISP info/network the user is on.. but that is it.
