According to my BIOS setting, the temperature for CPU is 45 C and System is 32 C. Is there a M/B thermometer or software to check the current temperature ?

Another 10 pointer?

Ah well...anyway, it depends on your motherboard. If you go to the homepage of your motherboard manufacturer and look for a System Monitor program for your model of motherboard you ought to find something--for example, the utility that does this on Asustek motherboards is called ASUSprobe. If you can't find one for your particular motherboard you may be able to find one relating to your motherboard chipset (e.g. VIA hardware monitor for VIA chipsets), but this is less likely to work.
