How can I get VC++ 4.1?

I need to reinstall Visual C++ 4.1 for some maintenance work, but I'm missing the CD-ROM.  (I have the 4.2 CD from the subscription series, but it doesn't have the CD key.)

Does anyone know where I can acquire a legitimate copy?

(I know this is outside the main line of questions here, but I don't know where else to go.  eBay didn't have it.)

If you have a licensed version of a "newer" compiler, the CD key should work for you (and it is legal if you don't install that other version)
