I'm looking for the easiest way to stream live video from a webcam to a site. I have a basic capture/auto ftp upload app using the ezvidcap control, but im not sure of an effeciant way to stream video. Refreshing the IE/NS window will be lagged. Ive seen it done with a JS Class file but its still unclear.

Any help is appreciated.
