I tried to create a back up AD in another server but kept getting error message - "Can't find company.com".
Any suggestion on how to go about doing this? Does it have anything to do with DNS?

Okay, what steps did you use to create this backup of AD? Were you trying to restore it to another domain controller?

Some useful information.

I figured out. It was DNS that wasn't set up during AD installation. Thanks anyway.
