it looks like this
Fits 14" - 20" Centers

I want to set this as the value for a input box but it does not display correctly is shows this

Fits 14

how can I display the qoutation mark?

P.S. I don't want to use the url encode decode stuff because I will have the change lots of stuff if I do

I am sure you are using this
<input type=text value="Fits 14" - 20"">

use it like this

<input type=text value='Fits 14"-20"'>

Otherwise u have to escape the double quotes.
