If you're thinking of keying in chinese characters into Wordpad,  MSWord or other work-processing applications, you can try NJStar Communicator. Visit www.njstar.com for further information.

If you want to type in chinese tranditional or simplified, you can add the service of specific language you want to type in.

Right Click the language bar and choose Setting.
Now, there would be a windows called text services and Input Language pop up.
Then choose Add.
Choose the desire Input Language and the Keyboard layout/IME. Press OK.
If you want to type Chinese Traditional, you can choose Chiese(Taiwan) and Chinese(Traditional) - Quick.

Hope this all can solve your problem.

THIS QUESTIONS WAS LOCKED WITH A PROPOSED SOLUTION.... ONCE LOCKED, FEW OTHERS WILL STEP IN TO HELP YOU.

IF IT HELPED YOU, ACCEPT IT TO GRADE AND CLOSE THIS, IF IT DID NOT, REJECT AND ADD COMMENTS AS TO WHY.

Have you been helped here or is more needed?  Since time has passed since your last comment, an update is appreciated (in case things have changed).  If you've been helped, convert the expert's comment to the Accepted Answer to grade and close it.  If more than one helped you, ask for a point split by posting a zero point question in the Community Support topic area, include this link and details with your request (expert name and point values to each).  If you feel you've found/posted your own solutions, let it be known here and then request a refund/PAQ in the link below (again, include the question link).

Dear keywaitao

I've rejected your proposed answer as Experts Exchange holds an experiment to work without the answer button.

See:        http://www.experts-exchange.com/jsp/communityNews.jsp
Paragraph: Site Update for Wednesday, November 06, 2002

By this rejection the Asker will be notified by mail and hopefully he will take his responsibility to finalize the question or post an additional comment.
The Asker sees a button beside every post which says "Accept This Comment As Answer" (including rejected answers) -- so if he/she thinks yours is the best, you'll be awarded the points and the grade.

This Q hasn't been active lately, thus I've posted it in the CS Cleanup topic area.
I'll return to this Q in seven days to see if any coment has been added, if not then it's my intention that this question is:

- PAQ'd and pts removed

Please leave a comment here within the next seven days.

PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THIS COMMENT AS AN ANSWER !

Thanks !
