Recover from formatting.

If I happen to format my harddrive and also restart at once after formatting , How can I recover my data on my harddrive. I use command "format c:" , that's all I did.

Here is a free unformat and undelete program.
1.  Go to another PC and download and extract the file.
2.  Create a boot diskette with the same O/S that is on the hard drive.
3.  boot from diskette and run drive rescue.  If the drive is "rescueable" this will do it.
