How do I identify what comm ports are on a PC as shown in Control Panel/System ?
This code will be used on all Windows Platforms.

Get the registry value
HKEY_LOCAMACHINE/HARDWARE/DEVICEMAP/SerialComm/

you will get all the ports installed on the system
