PC software for emulating a Macintosh?

I 've seen it, but I can't remember the software for emulating a Macintosh on a PC. Please spare me the opinions for even thinking of this, just answers! Thanks!

Basically, I'm looking for any platform that will emulate Mac OS 9 or OS X. Thanks!
