HI,

I am have Activex OCX (Code), but while compiling the code ,VB compiler gives fatal error, but it works fine in VB group. What do I do to solve that problem?.

While compiling Make sure that OCX (previously built) is not Read only.

I had this on Windows 2000 Advanced Server once.  I rebooted the system and the problem went away. :)

Which O/S are you using?
Does the compiler crash or just give a message?
