Urgent:How can I send a query to a MS SQL 7 from an Applet

Hi everyone!
I was wondering if someone can help me to create a class that take some parameters and connect to a Microsoft SQL Server 7.0  (that may be or not in the same machine of the web server) (such as SQLSERVER NAME or ODBC,DATABASE NAME,USERNAME,PASSWORD and Query command) and return to an Applet the results of the query. The Applet must fill an Choice field or a List with the results. It would be very nice to have this applet´s part of code too.

I ask for a class different from the Applet because I am thinking to use in others situations.

Thanks for any help in advance
Regards,
MRXZ
