Hmm...I doubt youll find a command line tool to do all that....Kinda like looking to Ronco to make a tool that slices, dices, walks your dog, and polishes your car.<br />

The pocket pc only supports WMV or will it do mpeg, quicktime, etc? I ask because im not a PDA expert, expecially when it comes to pocket pcs.
