Content advisor error

Everytime I go into Internet Explorer an error comes up saying, "Content advisor has been tampered with please check your settings." I have try to disable content advisor but it does nothing. I am not able to view any web pages at this time due to the problem.

Hello all,
I am Computer101, a moderator from Experts-Exchange and also an expert within this topic area.
