Document is blank when remailed

I have created a form that uses a button to mail a document to selected distributions. The form is used to issue bulletins.  The document is saved at the time that the doc is mailed.

If I edit/update the saved document and attempt to resend it, the recipients get a blank form.  I have enabled the "Store form in document," but that isn't correcting the problem.  

Any ideas on a fix?   Thanks.

The problem should be with your mail script, could you post it here. I will take a look at it and let you know.

I'm not using mail script.  I'm using MailOptions and SaveOptions fields.  

The button that I'm using to reissue the form has the simple formula:


The button that is used to issue the form initially is:
@SetField("SaveOptions" ; 1);
@SetField("MailOptions" ; 1);

So when the document is saved again, shouldn't it resend the document?

Try this

FIELD SaveOptions := "1";
FIELD MailOptions := "1";

Unfortunately, that didn't work.  The updated and resent document is still blank.  Also, when I try to go into the saved document from a view that I created, I get an error message:

Cannot Locate Form: Memo

When I click "OK", it takes me into the saved document.

Few questions

What is the version of notes ?
Is it for web ?
Are the fields Mailoptions and Saveoptions display only ?
Is there any script in querysave (what does it do) ?
What is the name of the form ?

Notes is version 5 for Client
The Mailoptions and Saveoptions fields are computed.

There is no script in Querysave.  This form is completely formula driven.  There is no script involved.

The name of the form is "Communication 2002"

There is a field entitled "Form" and the default value is "Memo."  

If I had your email, I could send you a copy of the database.
