re-sending an email

I am using Outlook Express 6. How can I re-send an email that I believe might not have made it to it's destination. I see a way to forward it but not just to resend it as an original email. The "forwarding" adds all that gobbledegook ">"s and header information that I don't want on there.

You can't use Outlook Express to do this unless you have a NDR from the original message.
