Is there any way to import a .wmv (windows media video) file into Adobe Premier?  Or maybe an application that will convert a .wmv file to a .avi file?

Thanks

I dont think Premier is going to support WMV without a plugin. Microsoft likes to keep its technology proprietary. Probably easier to go to AVI or MOV then into Premier. You can drop it into an app like Cleaner 5 and do your converting from that.
