Outlook 2000 in CW mode, through a DSL connection an Exchange server 5.5 - inbox display on remote computer is not refreshed on a regular basis; switching to another folder causes display of new messages. Is there a way to automate the refresh of inbox display?

There is something between the user and the exchange server that is blocking UDP packets from the server to the client.  The UDP clients travel on any port above > 1023 and only flow from exchange server to client.
