In page where would be located little picture (i assume that is a HTML/asp, right?) set width and height to what you want, in client explorer, it will renders at small size.
On click event of picture, just show the picture without any width and height attribute.

Hi oceanyanq,

Why not make small pictures for each original full scale picures via some software (such as MS Paint) in your PC. Then, upload both small and full scale pictures to the server. When a user click the small picture, another page with the original full scale picture will be shown.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
