Integrate into MS Internet Explorer

I think you have used some popular download managers before, such as Download Accelerator Plus, GetRight and etc. These download managers also have one important feature. When users click on a download-link in the Internet Explorer. These download managers will pop up automatically and then capture the download-link from the Internet Explorer.

I need the same thing. The requirements are listed as follow:

1. When users click on a download-link in the Interent Explorer, the program will run automatically and capture the download-link from the IE.

2. Sometimes, when users go to a download page, such as download.com, The download page will 'ask' IE to begin download automatically even the users didn't click on a link, in this moment, the program should also run and capture the download-link, just like other download managers.

3. The program should be able to run automatically by ITSELF in the above situation (this means the program may be closed previously and then RUN when users click on a link in IE). You can't design another program to RUN it.

4. The program should work for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.x/5.x/6.x

Anyway, I just need the same thing as other download mangers do. Anyone know how to do this ?

p.s. The program should be developed by using Visual Basic 6.0 !

Raymond
