I want to create an application in delphi that will start automatically when the cd is inserted. I think it has something to do with an INF file but I'm at a loss. Can anyone help?

Annas,
You have to put a file called 'autorun.inf' in your CD root directory...  An autorun.inf file is just a text file. You
can edit it with even notepad.

A typical autorun.inf text file is:

[autorun]
open = myapp01.exe

Thats it!

best regards,

Worked just fine!
thank you, lopem. Please remember, though to give an answer in a comment rather than a proposed answer. I think this is the way the moderators have proposed.
Thanks again!
