I am running Outlook 2000 on a P3 700 laptop with Windows ME.

I am having a problem with 2 e mails from different people. One has an attachment (type unknown) the other doesn't. When I highlight the e mail without the attachment I can read the message (it automatically opens the message in the pane below when highlighted)but when i try to delete it I get the message PGPEXCH.DLL error. (I am using PGP for ME)

When I highlight the message with the attachment it doesn't even let me view the message before the same error messgae comes up.

Questions:

Can I delete these e mails any other way
Why are just these two e mails giving me a problem. I downloaded 49 others at the same time and read messages either side of these two without difficulties.

You can start outlook with the safe command line switch and delete the messages or temporarily disable the pgp addin under tools | options | other | advanced options | addin manager.

the only reason i can think of that you are getting the message on these two messages is that data stream isn't in teh format pgp is expecting.

Thanks for quick reply, I disabled the PGP as suggested.
