Control timeline speed of movie (frames per second)

i would like to develop a movie where the user can adjust the speed of movie(fps) while it is playing(make the movie play slower or faster)... the movie has been created but i just wanted to add this function... can you guys help me with this?...

I don't know if this is doable with script..I doubt it..
level 0 has a set frame rate..
but you could get the effect by having alternative identical movies other than frame speeds which load on
demand giving the effect of controling the speeds.

eg.buttons labeled: slow,medium,fast,hyper.. would
load and play the appropriate movie when clicked..
