I Need To Create and ODBC Connection To Our AS/400.  I need to Access Physical and Logical Files from PC Applications such as Microsoft Access and VB.  I would like to do do this through a DSN if at all possible.

Easy.  All you need is an AS/400 ODBC driver from, among many others, Client Access, Showcase Corp, Hit Software, etc, etc.  Create a User or System DSN.
