It may sound strange, but I can not find Visual Database Tools.

Many chapters in SQL server Books on line talks about Visual Database Tools and Database Designer. Where they are?

I have MS Sql server enterprise edition and developer edition and Visual studio 6. In fact I hve MSDN subscription.

Visual Database Tools are SQL Server GUI interface to create databases, tables and views.
For example, run Enterprise Manager, choose appropriate
database and particular table, right mouse click and
choose Design Table. The Table Designer will be start.
