printing in java?

HI
I wish to print the contents of a Jpanel within an application. Does anyone have an suggestions as to how i might go about doing this?
I wish to call the print procedure as a result of a action event preformed on a JButton

any suggestions

Create your print graphics context g, and call:
panel.print(g);
