EXE Encryption

hi all

I have a program that I made by delphi, I opened this file in the resource explorer that it is in the delphi demo applications.

In the resource explorer I saw all the units of my program and also saw some of the code, my question is that how I can encrypt my exe but at the same time still work without errors.
