No Move option, only Add

When I attempt to move an email into a folder it will only add it.

If I drag and drop the email it still leaves it behind in my Inbox.

If I highlight the email and click 'Move To Folder', the Move button is diabled.

The functionality works correctly on all my colleagues PC's. The version of Notes is 4.6.3

Here the description why this is so:
@Command( [Folder] ; folderName ; moveOrCopy )
-moveOrCopy:
Number ("1" or "0"). Optional. A value of "1" moves the document to the folder. A value of "0" copies the document to the folder. If you omit this parameter, Folder assumes a value of "0" (copy).
If you include moveOrCopy with a value of "0" but omit folderName, Notes/Domino displays the Move to Folder dialog box with the Move button dimmed. If you include moveOrCopy with a value of "1" but omit folderName, Notes/Domino displays the Move to Folder dialog box with all of its options available.

I am using the Application rather than writing any code for it.

Thank ask some designer to look for differences between your email database and other users email database...

are you by chance looking in your all document folder ??? then it is only logical that the move option is grayed out. ;-) you can't move documents from there because all documents are in there. you can move from your inbox to all other folders ( public and privat ) even to the all documents view that would make it only visible in the all document view.

If you are in the inbox and the option is still grayed out then try refreshing the design or replacing the design.

You are absolutely correct. I was in the 'Sent' folder rather than the 'All Documents' but the principle is the same.
