I haven't use it yet and I don't have MySQL installed so I can't test it. This is simply something I have found on another newsgroup the same day you were asking that question.

You can ask for assistance right from the link I gave you:
"Any developer or company can use this provider until May 1, 2002.I ask only that you send me an email at eidmysql@mattculbreth.com when you download it, and to give me any feedback on your experience.I will be happy to provide any support you may need to use the provider in your environment.I am actively looking for suggestions and feedback of any kind, so I’ll appreciate the contacts."
