email with file attachment

I only want the "To :" to received my file attachment but not those listed in "CC". How to do it ?

"TO" = main recipient
"CC" = Carbon Copy

My email application is "Outlook Express"

sorry, you can't. But, if you have a long text message and you just want to avoid typing it (or actually for any reason), after you send the To, go into your Sent Items, open the message you just sent, choose Actions - Resend Message, delete the attachment, delete the TO and then you can add your CC.
course, the ppl on the CC won't know who you sent it to originally. But OL doesn't have what you want.

oooh - just saw the OE (sorry) - I'm not sure you can resend... sorry, but there's nothing you can actually DO, just workaround.
