How to debar user to close a application in Windows98/ 2000

I use Visual Basic or Visual C++ to buid a project run on Window98. And I want to debar user to close my program. That mean when user use End Task (Ctrl + Alt + Del), this program not in list of Close Program.

You can try to clear application title or use RegisterServiceProcess function.
